Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any person drawing ground water dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the River Basin Authority in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every tube well then held; and the River Basin Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
