Surrender of certificate.—Every person drawing ground water who ceases to carry on the extraction of ground water shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the River Basin Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every canal held by him has been disposed of.
