Surrender of certificate.—Every stevedore who ceases to carry on the loading and unloading of ships shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Inland Waterways Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every vessel held by him has been disposed of.
