Fees.—The fee of two thousand five hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Commissioner of Railway Safety by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form F; and the Commissioner of Railway Safety shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within ten days of its receipt.
