Application for registration.—Every licensee of a fair carrying on the holding of a fair shall make an application for registration to the Zila Parishad in Form 8, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register of buildings held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
