Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the guarantee holder shall apply to the Procurement Authority in Form GFR 19 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Procurement Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
