Application for registration.—Every owner of a brick kiln in a village carrying on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall make an application for registration to the Block Development Officer in Form 5, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every work order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
