Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the petition writer shall apply to the Bar Council in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Bar Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
