Correction of entries.—The Government of Gujarat may, on an application made in Form III by any service provider to persons with disabilities or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than twenty-one days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
