Application for registration.—Every owner of land near an aerodrome carrying on the erection of structures near an aerodrome shall make an application for registration to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in Form CA-7, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
