Rule 9, West Bengal Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2008 [S36-1DC]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form 3 not less than twenty-one days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees; and the Gram Sabha shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the shopkeeper in a village market within seven days of the renewal.
