Surrender of certificate.—Every shopkeeper in a village market who ceases to carry on the keeping of a shop in a village market shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Gram Sabha in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every work order held by him has been disposed of.
