Intimation of change.—Every operator of a children's home shall intimate to the State Commission for Women, in Form VII and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Commission for Women shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
