Intimation of change.—Every dealer in arms and ammunition shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form VII and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
