Application for registration.—Every association of allottees carrying on the management of common areas shall make an application for registration to the Housing Board in Form C, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every escrow account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
