Intimation of change.—Every owner of a hoarding shall intimate to the Municipal Council, in Form E and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Municipal Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
