Intimation of change.—Every third-party funder shall intimate to the Chairperson of the Council, in Form E and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chairperson of the Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
