Grant of certificate of registration.—The Food Safety Appellate Tribunal shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of two thousand rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form D within forty-five days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every ration card stated in the application.
