Rule 9, Himachal Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2008 [S35-KEG]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the distributor shall apply to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of three thousand rupees, and the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
