Application for registration.—Every administrator of an estate carrying on the administration of an estate shall make an application for registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in Form II, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
