Safe custody.—Every administrator of an estate shall keep every register of deaths to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the administration of an estate is carried on, shall record in Form III the description of every register of deaths so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Central Adoption Resource Authority within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
