Surrender of certificate.—Every administrator of an estate who ceases to carry on the administration of an estate shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every register of births held by him has been disposed of.
