Conditions of registration.—Every licensee of a village bus stand shall carry on the running of a village bus stand only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every ferry in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such ferry for inspection on request by the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
