Application for registration.—Every licensee of a village bus stand carrying on the running of a village bus stand shall make an application for registration to the Gram Sabha in Form 5, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every tax receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
