Surrender of certificate.—Every direct selling entity who ceases to carry on the business of direct selling shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every agreement held by him has been disposed of.
