Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the direct selling entity shall apply to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
