Safe custody.—Every operator of a cinema within the municipal limits shall keep every assessment list to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a cinema is carried on, shall record in Form F the description of every assessment list so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Standing Committee within thirty days of the close of each year.
