Intimation of change.—Every operator of a cinema within the municipal limits shall intimate to the Standing Committee, in Form B and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Standing Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
