Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a cinema within the municipal limits who ceases to carry on the running of a cinema shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Standing Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every street held by him has been disposed of.
