Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel in the custody of the Sports Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel; and where the Sports Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form F within fourteen days of the succession.
