Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a public function who ceases to carry on the holding of a public function shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every notice held by him has been disposed of.
