Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on a clinical establishment shall intimate to the Government of Goa, in Form 20-B and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Goa shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
