Surrender of certificate.—Every person carrying on a clinical establishment who ceases to carry on the running of a clinical establishment shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Goa in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 28 of the manner in which every prescription held by him has been disposed of.
