Intimation of change.—Every owner of a motor vehicle shall intimate to the Government of Odisha, in Form 2 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Odisha shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
