Safe custody.—Every operator of a sewage treatment plant shall keep every water course to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the treatment of sewage is carried on, shall record in Form B the description of every water course so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Goa within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
