Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a brick kiln in a village dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Gram Sabha in Form 5, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every licence then held; and the Gram Sabha shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
