Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a brick kiln in a village shall apply to the Gram Sabha in Form 3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Gram Sabha shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
