Intimation of change.—Every owner of a vehicle used for election purposes shall intimate to the Delimitation Commission, in Form 2A and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Delimitation Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
