Surrender of certificate.—Every co-operative society who ceases to carry on the business of a co-operative society shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Market Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every market fee receipt held by him has been disposed of.
