Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of land near an aerodrome shall apply to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees, and the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
