Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of land near an aerodrome dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-3, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every cargo manifest then held; and the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
