Safe custody.—Every owner of land near an aerodrome shall keep every certificate of airworthiness to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the erection of structures near an aerodrome is carried on, shall record in Form CA-2 the description of every certificate of airworthiness so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau within fourteen days of the close of each year.
