Conditions of registration.—Every owner of land near an aerodrome shall carry on the erection of structures near an aerodrome only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every remotely piloted aircraft in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such remotely piloted aircraft for inspection on request by the Director General, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
