Surrender of certificate.—Every domestic worker who ceases to carry on domestic work for wages shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the appropriate Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every medical certificate held by him has been disposed of.
