Surrender of certificate.—Every oath commissioner who ceases to carry on the administration of oaths shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Legal Services Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every summons held by him has been disposed of.
