Surrender of certificate.—Every manager of a joint family property who ceases to carry on the management of joint family property shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Rajasthan in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every adoption order held by him has been disposed of.
