Conditions of registration.—Every manager of a joint family property shall carry on the management of joint family property only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of births in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of births for inspection on request by the Registrar of Marriages, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
