Application for registration.—Every manager of a joint family property carrying on the management of joint family property shall make an application for registration to the Government of Rajasthan in Form IV, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every adoption order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
