Safe custody.—Every manager of a joint family property shall keep every marriage register to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the management of joint family property is carried on, shall record in Form V the description of every marriage register so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Rajasthan within thirty days of the close of each year.
