Maintenance of premises.—Every dealer in wild animal articles shall keep the premises where dealing in wild animal articles is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every plastic packaging kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with dealing in wild animal articles, and shall furnish to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in Form VII, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
